Vitamins K2-4 or K2-7 and D3 not enough for strong bones.
In addition to these vitamins K2-4, D3 in this supplement, you also need magnesium. It takes all three nutrients to get the calcium into bones. Magnesium and calcium balance each other as does sodium and potassium, so if you have excessive calcium then you are somewhat likely to be magnesium deficient. Magnesium oxide is the cheapest form and chloride one of the costlier in that.although the oxide has a lot of elemental magnesium, the body gets very little of it hence the bathroom regularity as too much has a laxative effect and I can say from personal experience that this is the case. The chloride is much better b/c your body is able to absorb a bit more, especially in liquid form, with less bathroom time. If you have impaired digestion, then bathroom time will still be an issue. Magnesium is a muscle relaxer and calcium is a muscle contractor. Both of the ladies are medical doctors. BTW, I purchased this supplement on July 14 of this year and the product listing says mk-7, but what you get in the mail is mk-4. Mk-7 is the better form and having mk-4 in the formulation is why this is cheaper than it was with mk-7. Cheers
