Think of an excellent vitamin! My son was never able to increase his B12 levels; after one month of using this vitamin, his levels went from 240 to 1,300. The doctor was amazed as he has celiac and can hardly take any chemical medications because of gluten and other substances in their composition. I rate it 100!

I chose it for its quality; Nav has proven itself in my vitamin collection. The ingredients are good, and it is crucial that they are gluten-free. The small pink tablets are convenient and have a pleasant fruity taste. The package arrived intact. The result has been a calmer nervous system, improved metabolism, and the disappearance of PMS symptoms, particularly irritability, along with increased energy. Its effectiveness is clear.
