Prevented cold
Excellent when taken with Vitamin D 5000 ME, which we drink periodically. There are studies suggesting it stays in the bloodstream for a few days post-consumption. We take it every three days, and for three years of consistent Vitamin D use, my husband and I have not fallen ill, even with a cold. Other supplements are also crucial, but I prefer spending modestly on vitamins than later needing medication.

Great supplement! The dosage is very convenient—just 1 capsule per day. The benefits are clear; my family has been using this alongside vitamin D3 and magnesium citrate twice a year for several years. Colds are less frequent, PMS is softer, and our vitamin levels are normal. I appreciate the quality of this brand; we also take other supplements from Now. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.

Boosts immunity
I take 5000 units of D3, which has boosted my immunity! I hope COVID passes by, or at least in a mild form! Even mild colds seem to pass me by, which is pleasing! I believe that combining K2 with D3 is an excellent source of immunity.

Faster recovery
I've been taking this supplement for a short time, but I've noticed a strengthening of my immune system. I caught something viral, possibly the common virus of 2020, but I got over it almost unnoticed. A slight stuffy nose and general weakness lasted only two days! My previous colds lasted longer. I doubled the daily dose of D2 with K2 during this period and even noticed my strength hadn't decreased; no residual weakness! While it might be coincidence, I'm pleased with the supplement.
