This is the best vitamin C I’ve ever taken! When it arrived, I caught a virus and experienced a sore throat with swollen lymph nodes. After drinking one, my throat started to feel better in a few hours. The next day, I continued taking one at a time and did not have to monitor my condition. Symptoms disappeared rapidly, which was a relief.

I’m pleased with the 1000mg dose per tablet. Though the size is a bit large, I got used to it quickly. I used to take this product every 1 to 3 hours for the dynamic flow of vitamin C when my throat was sore. It made my throat swell less, proving effective just before a concert I was looking forward to. This product is beneficial for emergencies and health maintenance.

I bought this for managing my physical condition, as I thought I lacked vitamin C in my diet. It appears effective, especially when taken with vitamin E. Since I started drinking it, it has evidently worked for spots and swelling. My physical condition has improved, and I will continue taking it. I believe its sustained release form is very efficient.

I take one pill daily. The tablet size is a bit large, but it’s manageable. I used to experience mouth swelling when I was tired, but I haven’t had that issue lately. I believe this is the effect of vitamin C, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

A little big; I’m taking this after reading Dr. Fujikawa's book. It’s a bit large, but you can swallow it once you get used to it. I take one pill each morning, noon, and night. It’s inexpensive, so I think I can continue with it. It's only been about a month since I started taking vitamins C, B, E, iron, and magnesium, but I no longer have constipation or swelling!
