Beware of back pain. I started taking this product due to high cholesterol. After a week, my lower back began to hurt. I changed my mattress, but the pain persisted. Even cycling on my old bike, which I had no issues with before, did not help. I investigated the ingredients and found they mimic statin drugs, known to cause back pain. After stopping the supplements for a week, my back pain nearly vanished. This mystery of back pain cost me a fortune on a new mattress and medical treatment.
