I did experience slight nausea during the first week, but that soon passed. Just be cautious and avoid combining it with copper within six hours.

Since following this regimen, my rashes have significantly improved, and I'm very pleased with the results.

I recently began taking zinc, and this is my second type, having previously used zinc gluconate, which had a higher dosage. I experienced nausea even though I took it with food as recommended. However, with zinc glycinate, there is no such nausea. I've noticed that my immunity is significantly stronger, and the skin rashes have vanished.
