Significantly decreased rashes

Excellent zinc form that is easily absorbed! I take it alongside vitamin D and Omega 3. After starting this regimen, the rashes on my face diminished greatly, much to my dermatologist's approval. I did experience slight nausea during the first week, but that soon passed. Just be cautious and avoid combining it with copper within six hours.

This zinc is fantastic—it absorbs well! I combine it with vitamin D and Omega 3. My facial rashes greatly improved after using this product, which my dermatologist also acknowledged. I felt slight nausea initially, but that resolved after a week. Remember not to take it with copper for at least six hours.

Good for rashes

This zinc form absorbs just as well as citrate or picolinate. While it can combat deficiencies, it's best not to take it continuously. I've maintained a routine where I alternate zinc with copper. Since following this regimen, my rashes have significantly improved, and I'm very pleased with the results.

Zinc is essential for health! I dealt with rashes on my back, and after visiting a dermatologist, I was advised to take zinc. I started with one tablet daily after meals. After a month, I noticed a considerable improvement in my skin; the inflammation and acne were much reduced. I'm continuing with this, alongside copper, to maximise the benefits.

Rashes on skin gone

This form of zinc is commendable, but it must be taken wisely. After a month prescribed by my doctor, I extended my intake due to leftover capsules, but abdominal pain forced me to stop. Following this, I observed stronger hair and nails, with my skin rashes completely cleared up.

Significant improvement noted
I recently started taking zinc to enhance my skin condition. At 27, combating acne is quite a challenge, especially since the rashes were frequent. This product has been remarkably effective. While it hasn't completely eliminated the issue, I've noticed significant improvements. Now the rashes bother me only once a month, with just one or two pimples that disappear within days.

No nausea experienced

I recently began taking zinc, and this is my second type, having previously used zinc gluconate, which had a higher dosage. I experienced nausea even though I took it with food as recommended. However, with zinc glycinate, there is no such nausea. I've noticed that my immunity is significantly stronger, and the skin rashes have vanished.
