KD feasibility for post-concussion
We assessed the potential of a ketogenic diet (KD) in managing post-concussion syndrome (PCS) symptoms through a pilot study involving fourteen participants. Over two months, participants followed a KD supplemented with medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil.

While we noted some improvements in symptoms related to visual memory and overall PCS scores, the changes weren't statistically significant. One individual experienced nausea tied to MCT oil and withdrew, highlighting the need for careful monitoring.

Overall, this study suggests that while a KD may be feasible for PCS, more comprehensive trials are necessary to understand its true effectiveness.

Tasteless MCT oil

Great value and truly tasteless! Following a Ketogenic diet for 3 years, I've tried various MCT oils. Many caused me nausea, but this is the only brand that is tasteless and does not induce nausea. The value is greater than any organic MCT oil I’ve found at this price.
