I’m feeling great! Initially, I had an issue with the container's neck, which caused the oil to fly everywhere when pressed, but I removed it for better control. On the plus side, my IBS has improved; my intestines accepted the oil well. I started with 1 teaspoon for a week, then increased to a tablespoon. It’s fine to take it alone, even while on a carnivore diet. I experienced a notable surge of strength, although it won't resolve chronic fatigue syndrome or thyroid issues entirely. Additionally, I feel warm inside, which is lovely during winter. My stress-ridden intestines are now fine.
