Great vitamin c. This will help speed up healing from flu and cold and boost immune system.. at least I think so. I've taken it for years. Kind of pricey though. Probably find cheaper if you look around

I like the use of non-citrus Vitamin C ingredients. It is not buffered though, which is my preference, so it is a little chalky to take
