My chiropractor gave me this brand. I can't remember the other and I always suggest muscle testing when trying anything to see if your body will respond well or to test potential effectiveness. But as a brand goes, I like them a lot and buy these whenever I'm dumb enough to consider or friends encourage fried food or gmo corn again. I've tried store ones that do nothing or too much, this is balanced
