Eases gout attacks
I use this for gout. It effectively eases my gout, and I appreciate the plastic container, which is easier to manage. I had previous issues with bags where the charcoal would get stuck, making it hard to seal. I only use it during severe gout attacks, mixing it with water and applying it to the affected joint.

Quick pain relief
I tried this for gout as a home remedy. It reduced foot and toe swelling significantly and lessened most pain overnight. While it has no taste, it’s gritty and can be messy. It discolours fingers and anything it touches, but cleans up fairly easily. I am considering trying capsules for convenience, but I’ll still use it as a paste when I’m willing to handle the mess. I rate it four stars because I noticed quick improvement.
