I love these! I used to get headaches in the afternoons, and even when drinking plenty of water, I still felt thirsty. After taking one around 2 pm, I haven’t had headaches. The flavours are light and refreshing.

These hydration tablets are fantastic for relieving headaches! They hydrate and caffeinate. While the taste isn't great, using water flavouring helps. It’s my go-to for headaches.
