After a 7 km mountain race, I consumed several fizzy drinks, and I experienced no fatigue whatsoever. I’m not sure if it was the adrenaline or the electrolyte's effect, but in conjunction with 5HTP and Rhodiola rosea, even after intense 10-20 km mountain races, my muscles and bones do not hurt at all. The sensation of fatigue is minimal. I am very pleased with my body's condition!
