What a Godsend! I cured two of my worst health conditions in just two days! I'm amazed after taking one a day for the last two days. The drink in 16 oz. of water caused an immediate bowel movement—truly a miracle for me! Today, when I consumed my NUUN water, a headache that was starting vanished. I've had more headaches than most people would endure. I’m overwhelmed with gratitude - THANK YOU NUUN! I drank plenty of water before but still felt chronically dehydrated.

Great hydration after intense sports. I've seen many complaints about the flavour, but it's decent with just 1 gram of sugar. I use these to rehydrate after 1-2 hours of soccer or other intense workouts, especially in summer. I used to suffer from many headaches after long exercise sessions, but I can confidently say they have significantly reduced or disappeared completely.

I found these better priced than other electrolyte products. Liquid IV and Pedialyte are quite costly. This variety pack helps with my dehydration headache issues and is good value for the number of servings.
