LOVE IT....EXCEPT. I love the product. Working outside in South Florida's summer heat and humidity, it has practically eliminated my leg cramps from dehydration. My only concern is that if I leave it in my truck, the tablets melt together, making them difficult to retrieve. So, don't leave it in a hot or humid place.

Helps eliminate cramped muscles fast! Nuun tabs are the best among electrolyte products I've tried. One tab a day keeps me hydrated and prevents leg cramps.
