I've bought maybe half a dozen kinds of pill cases over the years. I am a Cancer patient and take quite a few pills four times a day. This is half the size of the one I've been using and it easily holds all my pills. The smaller size of the weekday containers makes them easier to put in a pocket or purse, and the ends are rounded, not square like most. It is well made and the compartments close securely. The only slight negative I can see is that it might be a little difficult to get pills out the usual way with your fingers since the compartments are smaller. I open the compartment and dump the pills into a small cup rather than trying to get them out with my finger. I would definitely recommend this pill organizer
