Good protein
I'm on my third bag of pro gainer. I lift four days a week (currently running the texas method) and ride my bike to the university several days per week as well. Combined with a naturally high metabolism, I'm looking at around 4k calories per day to maintain my body weight (6'2, 195lbs). Pro Gainer is easily mixed in a shaker bottle, and goes down very well. Minimal bloating and the taste is not that bad. The shakes are great post workout or for between meals. With Pro Gainer, I've easily been able to add another 1k calories to my diet without much trouble. I've tried other protein powders, this one is the best as far as bloating and Acne is concerned. The price is relatively high, but I feel like I can trust ON's quality
