Improved blood sugar
Fortunately, this product is excellent. Initially, I required it to support a fitness and nutrition plan recommending 2-3 daily protein shakes. I was sceptical about consuming so much daily for weeks. However, I was delighted with the double rich chocolate flavour and its ability to dissolve fully in water. While pregnant and managing gestational diabetes, I learned this product helps control blood sugar and reduces cravings. In a highly precarious situation when my blood sugar plummeted, this protein drink significantly aided in stabilising my levels swiftly. Highly recommend for those facing similar dieting challenges.

Reduced soreness
Tastes good, a decent protein supplement. I'm not an athlete but have been exercising more, and I’ve consistently dealt with muscle aches and cramps that never seemed to improve. After tracking my food intake, I realised my daily protein was relatively low, around 20-35g, which possibly contributes to my discomfort. After using this post-exercise, I noticed less soreness; my muscles still feel tired but not as intensely. Initially mixed it with milk, which I found difficult to manage; however, with cold water, it significantly improved. I still experience benefits regarding muscle soreness after strenuous activities.
