Severe nausea
The chocolate taste wasn’t too sweet, which I didn’t mind. However, I often experienced nausea and stomach pain right after drinking it. I initially used soy milk, but after some time, I noticed increased flatulence, which dissuaded me from continuing in the morning. I've now switched to a small evening dose mixed with hot water, but I still feel discomfort in my stomach and have concluded that it doesn't suit me.

Easily digested
Of the various proteins I've tried, this one suits my sweet tooth best. I didn’t feel nauseous or experience heavy stomach discomfort after drinking it. Blending it with almond milk offers a snack-like experience that might help limit unnecessary snacking, I think.

Nausea and headaches
The taste is excellent and it helped me build muscle along with my diet. I used to take it thrice a week, but it caused me nausea and headaches. Now, I limit it to once a week.

The best protein I've tried. It is of good quality, has a light taste, and does not cause nausea. I took it about half an hour before exercise, and the chocolate flavour is delicious.
