The best protein! The only product where the declared protein amount matches the actual content. Rutube has researched protein blends, and this brand is trustworthy. The product is a pinkish powder with brown specks. While the sugar substitute is pleasant, it's a tad too sweet for my taste. Importantly, it doesn't cause bloating like many others and is free from allergens. You must wait about 6 minutes for the protein to "swell" in liquid. Upon opening the can, a protective thick paper was found, making it easy to measure with a spoon. I enjoy mixing it with yoghurt, as it blends well. I use it as a healthy snack after the gym, as it satisfies hunger for 2-3 hours.
