I love this delightful tea! It’s perhaps the only tea I enjoy now. The pleasant herbal, spicy taste is very satisfying. I brew it an hour before bed, and I always sleep better afterwards. Holy basil is a fantastic adaptogen that helps with sleep apnea by regulating cortisol levels. I highly recommend it and wish everyone well!

This is my second purchase of this tea, taken as a precaution. The first packet worked brilliantly; it helped me overcome my insomnia due to stress, allowing me to sleep well. I brewed a sachet, diluted it, and enjoyed a restful night's sleep, especially helpful for my sleep apnea.

This is a superb tea! It genuinely works for me. I consume it before bed and notice the effects right away. I feel relaxed and calm while drinking it, which effectively combats my sleep apnea. I recommend it to everyone!
I drink tea before bed on my doctor’s advice to aid with sleep and potentially lower cortisol. Although cortisol is hard to assess, I find that one cup makes me feel quite drowsy, comparable to a melatonin capsule.
