Highly effective, no poisonous chemicals, saved my plants!!

AMAZING!!! I hate chemicals and couldn't find a pure neem product for gardening aside from this. We bought a vine from a local store that turned out to be completely infested by bugs that were quickly killing it, and they proceeded to spread to our other vine, too. I bought this to use with the Solo 419 2-Liter One-Hand Pressure Sprayer, Ergonomic (also from Amazon, and I also HIGHLY recommend!!!). I followed the mixing directions but the neem wouldn't dissolve, it just formed slimy clumps (eeew). So I added a LITTLE bit of Dawn dish soap and that did the trick. After doing a test first, I fully sprayed both vines (tops and bottoms of the leaves). One vine required a second application which I did after about 10 days. Now they are both extremely happy and thriving!! No more horrible bugs!! Best of all, no poisonous chemicals!! All the "good" bugs are happy and thriving, and the balance in our garden has been restored. THANK YOU for making this product available!!! I am a very happy customer. :

Buyer Beware - there are some less expensive alternatives but they may not be the real cold pressed Neem oil with the active ingredient that stops bugs in their tracks without harsh chemicals and pesticides.Organic Neem Bliss 100% Pure Cold Pressed Neem Seed Oil - (16 oz) High Azadirachtin Content Works as advertised - use as directed - ALWAYS MAKE A VERY SMALL BATCH TO TEST OUT ON YOUR PLANTS FIRST BEFORE YOU SPRAY THE ENTIRE GARDEN. You must use what you mix within a day of mixing so its a good idea to make a very small amount and test spray a few leaves from each plant type you at are going to treat - wait 24-48 hours (no rain/watering during test period) to make sure that your plants don't have a negative reaction to the oil spray - then mix enough to treat the entire area - manufacturer does not recommend storing premixed oil for any length of time as it looses its potency. Organic & works great on lily beetles!

Last year, for the first time ever, my lilies were decimated by lily beetles. These pests look like lady bugs (harmless to lilies), but are larger, similar in size to Japanese beetles; they eat leaves & flowers and lay their eggs on the undersides of the leaves, totally ruining your plants. After reading up on ways to control/kill this persistent pest, I found that Neem was a recommended solution, and it's organic! I grow my own organic veggies in the same area as my lilies, so an organic solution was mandatory. The lily beetles appeared right after the last frost, and started chewing my plants. I immediately began to apply Neem liberally (I bought the convenient spray bottle, too) and can already see a difference. New leaves look healthy and green w/o holes chewed all through. Neem will NOT harm plants so you can apply as much as needed. It can, however, harm bees so its best to use this product in the early morning or after dusk (when the bees aren't out) or at least ensure a direct spray stream on pests you are targeting

OK, I have used the product once to spray my pepper plants, which I believe have spider mites so I can't honestly say how effective it is as yet. My first impression of it after smelling the oil was that it smelled just like the concoction I get when I "cook" been leaves in coconut oil. It looks the same as well. So I wasn't greatly impressed. What I hated about this purchase was that when I got it I was amazed at the size. I thought I was getting 16 fluid ounces but I can't complain bcuz the weight on the bottle said "net content" meaning the weight. But I have never heard of weighing a liquid. I found that to be quite misleading so I do not think I will purchase this been oil ever again. The shape of the bottle was also misleading. It gives you the impression that you are getting more than you actually get. I have learned from this so next time I will be careful to read the label and the fine print

Hurray for Organic Neem Bliss!

Organic Neem Bliss is a great product. I had an infestation of thrips and saw flies on my hollyhocks and used the Neem Oil according to directions and measurements (put in a spray bottle with water and soap)... I sprayed the undersides of the leaves, and the soil. If it rains, you need to reapply. I also looked at various YouTube videos about using Neem oil in the garden. Also, (and this is very important) before I sprayed, I spent some time removing all infected leaves with pruning shears and putting the leaves in a garbage bag, and disposing of the garbage. Then, I cleared all fallen leaves and surface mulch and soil and disposed of that as well. I am in the process of amending the soil with mushroom compost, Dr. Earth, and fresh soil. I am hoping that by amending the soil, I will build up the immunity of the hollyhocks. I will then put a mulch on top to keep the roots cool. I am spraying the soil and the garage wall in back of the hollyhocks every few days. I am also inspecting the leaves daily. So far so good, the infestation is gone. I am now using the Neem oil In concert with DE (diatomaceous earth) sprinkled throughout the garden on the soil, near everything from grapes, to tomatoes to peppers and roses. And by the way, the butterflies, bees and birds are still partying away in my little city garden! Hurray

It works so well!

I love this! I've been using it for ~3 months now. I had some issues with my plants getting scale and mites, which was exacerbated by the gnats that came in the organic soil I bought. I treated the gnats in the soil separately but the neem oil helped keep the gnats down somewhat. But what it really did was get rid of the scale and mites. I sprayed every 7-10 days. Now I'm on to an every 2-3 week schedule, now that the plant bugs and diseases are under control. Previously, I had bought the 32-oz bottle of Neem oil pre-mixed for $9.99. With this concentrated Neem oil, I can make scores of 32-oz bottles! And it works exactly as well as the pre-mixed. So it paid for itself by my 3rd mixed bottle and you cannot even tell I used any. I'd have to say that this is the major benefit. Neem oil, which works, highly concentrated, so easy on the budget. Just use your old pre-mixed Neem oil bottle/sprayer to mix your own

Worked for my Leafminer infestation

So I tried DE to attack the adult fly leaf miner population going rampant with my tomato plants and that didn't seem to do anything unfortunately. As for their larvae worms in the leaves, we were scrapping them out with a blade (if you're reading this beyond 2020, we are currently in the pandemic and have too much time on our hands lol). Anyhoo, I made a soil drench with this neem oil and some dish soap. It killed the larvae right in the leaves! It seems to be lasting too, I did that soil drench a month ago. Interestingly, it seems to be mainly for the lower leaves. (still got larvae in the newer leaves). I have a little pepper plant that was still potted and I literally took it out of its container and drenched the lower roots, put it back in, and then did the soil drench at the top. That seems to have killed all the larvae in the entire plant to this day (again, did that around a month ago). Also, I repotted it like a week ago and when I lifted it out of the container, I got a huge wiff of neem. That was hilarious and awesome. No neem taste in the peppers! Conclusion: Going to keep doing the soil drenches

Has more uses than just plants

This product was recommended to me by a friend. The intention of use at the time was not for plants. The intent was for use on a horse to keep biting flies and mosquitos away, mixed with other ingredients to form a bug spray. It worked. Since then i researched and have discovered other beneficial uses as well. You dont need to use alot of the oil just small amounts as per instructions on containter label. A little goes a long way. And i use it with shampoo when i bathe my horse and it helps his coat and skin. Do your Research and Educate yourselves. Neem Oil has many beneficial qualities

It works! Originally bought this to control a few fungus gnats and I made the mistake of spraying all of my plants together in the tub on the first application--it seems a new plant I'd recently brought home was housing spider mites and it spread to other plants. The GOOD news: I sprayed a second round (neem oil, water, and mild dish soap as recommended) on each of my adult plants individually and gave them each a soil soak as well. The next day and following two days, there were no signs of active mites! I'm going to continue to spray every 3-4 days for the next few weeks as the weather heats up to discourage any further infestation. Really happy with the effectiveness or this! TIPS: (1) A little prevention with this is way more effective than using it after you notice a problem! (2) Treat your plants 1 by 1 so you don't spread any potential pests from plant to plant. (3) Repeat treatment every few days as it does take some time to work and you want to keep your plants protected in the meantime. (4) Keep treated plants out of direct sun or they might get crispy. This works the same way for them that tanning oil works for humans

This thing is icky and gross and bad smelling...... which is how you know it is good neem oil. I had a really bad aphids problem on my pepper beds summer 2019. I had 8 plants in that bed and 3 on one side of the 8 were hit so hard, their growth was stunted for weeks and the middle 3 pepper plants were growing but not happy about it. I finally told my husband, this is a problem(he said it just happens and to leave it) and took charge. I am an organic nut when it comes to food that I grow on my own. I bought this neem oil, added a small amount to simple spray bottle of water soap nuts(instead of dish soap), 2 applications per day for 3 days irregardless of weather, on the entire plants, top and bottom of the leaves, every crevices. Aphids and ants gone. That end of summer we had a lot of really awesome, huge and sweet California Bell Peppers from two of the three badly affected plants. The anaheims that got hit produced like rabbits too. The other 5 did just as great, if not better. P/S: My senior year in community college, I tested insecticides. My goal for that project was to kill insects only with natural ingredients, nothing chemically processed allowed. No alcohol, sulfates, nothing, except those naturally occuring in the ingredients
