Lids are really difficult to open. At least they won't accidentally open. It's also difficult to dump the pills out without spilling them because lids open from from the center instead of from the edge

Read More...Just received this item yesterday and put it to use last evening. It replaces a brand that I had been using for years and typically had the same problem with the days of the week information on the top wearing off and some of the lids not securing tightly. That is why I replaced it with this one as it says they won't wear off and the compartment lids have a more secure feel to them. Of course it is slightly larger, the compartments are better with the hinged lids, they open from inside to outside, and they hold the many medicines and supplements that I take twice a day. I would have preferred a more see-thru color to see the contents, but other than that I am pleased with it
Read More...Love it So easy to use yes it's larger but that's why I like it I can find it easy ( my smaller one is hard to find when I misplaced it) the fact I can remove the top to fill makes it so easy. I take about 10 pills a day total plus a daily vitamin. Even if you take 1 or 2 I highly recommend this!!!

Read More...Got tired of having to get all my vitamins, supplements & medications out in the morning and evening. This solved the problem wonderfully. However, for travel, this unit is much larger than others and will take up more space in the luggage. Like that the hinged cover doors do not latch towards the outside of the case. But this does make it more tricky to get the pills out of the inside and into your hand for swallowing. Overall, great case. If I were buying it again, I'd get the one that's white on one side for daytime pills and black on the other for the night

Read More...I got one for my mom at the suggestion of my husband so she didn't have to track her medicine daily. Once I set hers up, I knew I needed one. I pack up my medicine and vitamins for the week, 2x day and at the end of the week refill. I can see what I have taken and don't need to second guess if I took xyz. Also, so much easier for traveling. Instead of a bunch of bottles, I just had this 1 case that fit in my bag. If you are looking at these, you need one!

I was tired of doling out supplements from their bottles every day, twice a day and also I wanted something sturdy I could take with me when i travel and specifically wanted an organizer that i wouldn't have to pry open.
