Fits up 14 normal sized vitamins. I like the layout, that you can remove the weekly boxes or keep them all together. Also it's good that it's transparent - at a glance I can tell if I took the vitamins for that day, without opening anything. And the top is flat - most pill cases are curved on top so anything you stack on top slides off. It's just normal quality plastic, not heavy duty, this could crack easily if dropped
