Yes, you need 4, here's why…
I first got one of these a while back when a friend gave me one of her 4 pack. Then I bought more for all the reasons below. I keep one in my purse, so instead of a pill bottle with an assortment of meds in it, I just always have my case. It has room for an extra dose of my daily meds, so if I forget to take them in the morning I've always got them with me. I also keep the usual - tylenol, ibuprofen, Migraine medicine, tums, allergy meds. Plus there's still room for things I use once in a blue moon but it's nice to have the first dose on hand - antibiotics for UTI, antiviral for the first tingle of a cold sore, plus some cranberry concentrate. Why do you need a 4 pack? My family travels a lot so I have one with all my all my pediatric dosing in one for kids; Tylenol, ibuprofen, stool softeners, dramamine, anti-diarreals, etc. So I'm never trying to run to a random grocery store in the middle of the night in a different city (everytime I replace the meds in my cabinet, I toss my travel meds and replace with new, so they're never expired). I also have adult travel meds - diarrhea, tums, constipation, Sudafed, etc. 1-purse meds, 2-adult daily travel meds, 3-pediatric as needed travel meds, 4- adult as needed travel meds. Other notes: Single dose blister packs fit in large compartments (see photo). Tape the pediatric dosing chart to the inside it the lid, pediatric doses are standardized in the US, so you shouldn't need to change this when replacing with new meds
