Changed my life!!!! I love this SO much!!! I was getting to the point where it was like I was basically carrying a whole pharmacy in my bag so it always took forever to find the right bottle and I could never remember if I had taken my medicine yet or not. Pouch a bit larger than I expected, but it's perfect for containing the pill boxes. I have plenty of room for my meds. The pill boxes open & close easily. Doesn't appear to open on its own & spill the meds. Just received today so after use if I have issues I will update. Also, the reason I chose this particular one is bc of the magnetic feature to open & close. I don't like the snaps that seem to break. Added a couple of pics & one with a pencil to demonstrate size

Sturdy pill boxes

Sturdy pill boxes with good snap closure. Easy to open. Each compartment is about 1 1/4" wide. Wallet is cheap with light magnets. But it does the job. I turned it upside down and shook it and it stays closed
