Fantastic product
I have tried so many different types of these pill holders that the drawer I throw the useless ones in is almost full. This one, however, will NOT be going in a junk drawer. This pill holders is fantastic for several reasons. First, it's big enough to hold my prescription medications as well as my vitamins and supplements. That's very important to me. Second, it's so easy to remove from the holder. You merely pick up the tray, then push through the little hole on the bottom. The day's container lifts right up. If you were going to leave for the day, it would be so easy to just put the day's individual holder right in your purse or pocket. Third, the colors on top of the container let you easily see if it is for AM or PM. My only bit of advice would be that those could easily be black and clear for people whose vision is worse. The blue and purple work fine for me, though. The containers are mostly easy to fill. My holder is brand new, so the "hinges" are a little stiff. (No, they don't have actual hinges. I'm speaking of the creases in the plastic which allow the lids to be lifted.) Because of this stiffness I can only fill one side at a time. Perhaps you could add a little catch on top of the lids that would allow them to temporarily snap together so that they could both stay open while filling? Maybe it will become easier over time for them to stay open on their own as they become looser due to use? Honestly, though, I think it may make more sense to only do daytime medications then switch to only nighttime medications. I've just been used to having to use 2 separate trays. Finally, make sure that you order 4 systems so that you can fill up an entire month's medications at once. It's such an ease of mind to have everything so beautifully organized!
