Improved health
Excellent composition and effect felt within 10 days! I took it for my spine problem, and my knees stopped crunching while the bone on my foot diminished. My overall health has improved. I've recommended it to two friends with gout and rheumatoid pains, and they and their doctors are very pleased. One downside is the large tablet, but I have adapted.

Reduced pain
I added this when experiencing a gout flare-up, usually treating it with Ibuprofen. Within a week I stopped the Ibuprofen. My joints, which are affected by gout, feel better. I hope this will remove the need for both Ibuprofen and Indomethacin. I've also found a more effective alternative, Apresflex, which I plan to try next month.
