Experiencing nausea severity

A rare but bad reaction. I’m generally healthy and took one capsule after breakfast. An hour later, I was struck by a headache, extreme fatigue, and nausea lasting all day. The next morning, I felt fine and tried again, but experienced the same symptoms. I seldom get headaches or nausea, but they occur when taking this. I received a refund from Amazon, but my reaction should be noted despite likely being uncommon.
