Phenomenal! I suggest two daily capsules per 100 pounds of bodyweight. It's cheap in comparison to other brands but the quality is good, and in my opinion, this is the best bang-for-your-buck whole food multivitamin on the market. I personally prefer this one versus the one without iron-- It's only 1 dollar more and you are getting quality iron. Regardless, all of the minerals in this multi are chelates, so there is a lesser risk of toxicity when taking greater amounts of it, and the body can better metabolize it. The only multi that comes close is the Naturelo Men's whole food multivitamin, but the price is more than double per serving.
I have compared on a spreadsheet the contents of this multivitamin to that of the Youngevity products and this is what I found that is lacking.
-The vitamin C is low
-The B vitamins are low
-No Strontium
-No Amino acids
-No Phosphorus
-No Vanadium
-No Boron
Other than that, this product it great. I am a believer in Dr. Joel Wallach's research, but his stuff is expensive, so I use alternatives to get in all of my nutrients. My alternative supplement plan costs $75 per month versus the Youngevity $100. If you are looking to get the "essential 90 nutrients" from the Youngevity Healthy Body Start Pak but you want to save money, this is what I use:
-Paradise Herbs Orac Energy Multi One, 60 count (2 capsules per 100 lbs body weight, per day)
-Bulk Supplements Vitamin C Powder (1 teaspoon or 2 grams per 100 lbs body weight, per day)
-Solgar Essential Amino Complex, 90 count (1 capsule per 100 lbs body weight, per day)
-Jarrow Formulas Ultra Bone-Up, 240 count (6 capsules per 100 lbs body weight, per day)
-Zenwise Labs Joint Support - Complex,180 tablets (1 tablet per 100 lbs body weight, per day)
-Life Extension Strontium, 90 capsules (2 capsules per 100 lbs body weight, per day)
AND EITHER
-Viva Labs Krill Oil, 60 capliques (2 capilques per 100 lbs body weight, per day)
OR
-Piping Rock Multi Omega, 240 softgels (6 softgels per 100 lbs body weight, per day)
I eat eggs, lard, butter, and steaks; I stay away from grains, and I juice daily fruits and vegetables so that I don't have to use green juice powders
