Miracle in a bottle

I take prescriptions proton pump inhibitors for severe GERD. Yet, sometimes it's just not enough. My mother introduced me to this product a few years ago and it is a lifesaver. When I wake up in the middle of the night coughing acid or feeling like I might be ill -- I can take one of these and within minutes I feel better. I really do call it my miracle in a bottle because it works so fast. I will say that the berry flavor makes me nauseous so I always purchase the mint but that is personal preference. If you suffer from acid reflux, heartburn, Gerd etc. this might be something that would help you. It's definitely a rescue type medication because it works so fast. Pros: Fast working Mint doesn't taste bad Good for even the worst reflux or heartburn Relatively good price for the amount Cons: Berry flavor is nauseating to me A bit chalk

TAKE FOR COVID-19!!!!!

I am what is known as a Long Covid. I was prescribed lots of meds to help with the long term reaction I was having to what was for a me... barely a cold. I never got very sick, but I cautiously tell you this because much of my family did and COVIDs long term effects have made my life near hell for a long time. By the time we figured out what worked it came down to two things: PEPCID AND ZYRTEC. You see your bodes Mast Cells release too much anti-histamine. That is why many Covid patients experiences Hives or other itchy rashes. Pepcid helps the inhibition of H2 in the gut. The Zyrtec helps to inhibit the H1. I know folks in the Long Covid group who were told by their Pulmonologist to take Pepcid. I am sharing this information here so that if you find your way here like me, someone like me can help you to make your decision. Also, it never hurts to try. I hope you won't need it. For my Pepcid and Zyrtec have me feeling the most normal I have felt in months

Magic Tablets

Although I bought these for heartburn, these provide me with an even greater secondary benefit, they help me not feel as gassy/bloated. I'm on my second bottle of the mint flavor and they taste alright, I prefer swallowing pills instead of chewing tablets. The effect lasts the whole day so you just have to take one once a day at the same time and you'll be good for the rest of the day

Perfect for my late night acidity

I have been suffering from acid reflux for past 7 years now . Have tried multiple chewable tablets but have found pepcid to be the best one. Amazing flavour and super quick reaction. One tip is to drink water after the tablet to inrease its affect and get a refreshing cool feeling throughout the esophagus. Peicing wise its on the higher end as compared to gaviscon or TUMS but it works amazingly wel

Mint is better than berry

No one likes taking these pills, but when you need it, you need it. For some reason I have a hard time finding the mint flavored ones in my local store and I abhor the berry flavor so I'm happy to order them online and have them shipped, especially since the price is basically the same

Very effective against heartburn

I have suffered with GERD and used Previcid for years and it worked great! Then all the adverse reactions were discovered if you used a proton pump inhibitor for an extended length of time and my doctor would no longer write a prescription for Previcid, so I started using Zantac. Now Zantac is on the "Do Not Take" list and I now use Pepcid Complete Acid Reducer twice a day. It works well, but not as well as Previcid or Zantac. Sometimes I experience breakthrough acid reflux which causes me to take an additional Pepcid tablet. It does, however, work pretty quickly providing relief. There are just not a whole lot of options out there for GERD sufferers, but Pepcid Complete does help

Amazing! Tums never helped me but these things work miracles!!

Best acid reflux/heart burn stuff you can take! Was pregnant with my first and these are the only things that saved me.. now pregnant with twins and probably went through 10 of these bottles!! My whole family uses these with heart burn.. even when you have a feeling of enease in your stomach you pop one of these babies in and feel so much better in like 5 min if not less!! So much better then tums!

Unable To Return = Only Option – Bad Review

I have purchased many bottles with no issues, but unfortunately this bottle from Amazon had lots of powder & broken tablets. I'm not reviewing the product, I'm reviewing the seller. As it is an act of Congress to contact anyone (on Amazon). Great product though

A friend bought these for me like 5 years ago for an upset stomach and when I was like how much do I owe you I was shocked because I had only bought cheap single or double packs of TUMS but Pepcid complete is a million times more effective. Don't make the mistake and buy the store brand or sugar free. I did this at Walgreens or some convenience store and they tasted horrible. These taste great
