Pepsid Complete. If you require an over-the-counter medication for acid indigestion or heartburn, this is the one to choose. I have a mild case of acid reflux, and this product means I don't need to resort to prescription medication. I have tested it against its counterparts and found nothing else over the counter that performs as well. I highly recommend this product.

This works. Nothing else to say. I have GERD and this was recommended by my MD. It works for me. I only take it when I know something will trigger my acid reflux. I’ve had no reflux or heartburn since I started using it.

Life saver. For a long time, I suffered from heartburn, ulcers, and acid reflux. Since using this product, I am doing much better. I can even take aspirin and ibuprofen without feeling sick or wanting to vomit afterwards.

Not even prescriptions do as well. I’ve taken several prescriptions for my acid reflux, but none work as quickly or well as Pepcid Complete! I love the mint flavour; the berry is awful. There was a recall years ago, but this product is still hard to find locally. It’s expensive, but if you have acid reflux and prefer not to take daily prescriptions, this is the one to use.

Miracle in a bottle. I take prescribed proton pump inhibitors for severe GERD, but sometimes it isn’t enough. This product is a lifesaver. When I wake up in the night coughing acid or feeling ill, I can take one, and within minutes I feel better. It works so fast. Pros: fast working and good for even severe reflux. Cons: berry flavour is nauseating to me.
