Pepto Bismol caps to the rescue. These are my old standby for upset stomach or diarrhea. I can easily carry the bottle in my briefcase or pocket while on the go, and they work quickly to stop distress.

Works well. I had an intestinal virus and followed the instructions throughout the day. The next day, my nausea significantly decreased, and the diarrhea stopped. My 12-year-old son also benefitted from one tablet. Unlike antibiotics or loperamide, it has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal effects without hindering the body’s ability to eliminate pathogens. It protects the stomach lining and enhances its resistance to digestive acids and enzymes. I will reorder as the 40 tablets are running out quickly.

The game changer! I had recurrent diarrhea for years, trying everything from Imodium to Rifaximin, but nothing worked. I purchased Pepto Bismol from iHerb, and it was miraculous. It worked from day one, preventing urgent diarrhoea. My digestive system has calmed down, and I haven't felt this good in years! Bismuth seems to have a broad action mechanism that isn't fully recognised by medical professionals. I don’t understand why it isn't more widely used in Europe.

This remedy works! After trying it for the first time in America during a party, I found it effective for poisoning. I suffered stomach pains after drinking coffee with milk in the heat and bought syrup for my child. After returning from Tunisia, I was poisoned again, and the syrup helped with diarrhoea. Now I’ve ordered pills as the syrup runs out quickly, but it's great for children.
