I've been searching for quite awhile for a pill organizer that could accommodate all my medicine. I take at least 5 capsules/tablets 6 times a day. Compartments close securely, yet are relatively easy to open. I can drop the individual day of the week into my purse for the day and not worry about finding loose pills in the bottom of it later. If you take medications several times a day and/or night this is great for keeping the doses organized throughout a 24 hour period. It works well for short trips as you can simply take with you only the days you need. The individual day containers fit snugly in the carrying tray and the closures on each pill compartment close securely
