Fantastic as part of triplex combo

I use daily but buy much cheaper getting directly from Plexus! (This combined with slim and ProBio5 has completely stopped all IBS symptoms that i had for 9 yrs and now I can easy dairy again!

Will make you regular

This product actually will help you make regular bowel movements. I was actually only going every 2 or 3 days, but after using this product, I go everyday around the same time. LISTEN TO THE DIRECTIONS. It states to take between meals, so I definitely recommend you NOT to take on an empty stomach. It can cause a little bit of discomfort and rumbling on an empty stomach, but it works great. It's like a natural laxative

Only helps one thing

I had been taking Plexus Triplex for over a year. It didn't do anything. Didn't lose weight and didn't feel any better, even though I know people that it helped, it didn't do much for me. I had no way to know if my blood sugar or gut help worked but I didn't lose a pound. I'd lose five pounds then gain it back in a couple of weeks so I decided to stop taking it, except for this one. I checked each one separately to see how it affected me, and found out that this one was the one that kept me "regular" so I'll just get this one from now on

No, this is just an expensive vitamin with fillers. Ponzi scheme that has the customer buy product to sell to friends and relatives. Won't cure you of anything
