NO SNIFFLES SO FAR. The zinc from Nature's Point seems to be effective as I haven't experienced a cold or flu symptoms for months. Even after being around small children, I have stayed free of sniffles. Despite my doctors insisting on flu shots, I haven't needed them. Everything is going well so far. I also take 500mg of Vitamin C daily along with the zinc.

Kept me healthy! Despite everyone around me getting sick, I managed to stay well thanks to my routine of Zinc and vitamin D3 along with plenty of fluids. I only experienced mild sniffles and avoided the worst of the cold.
