I got this Enfamom prenatal vitamin for myself. I didn't take any prenatal vitamin until I found out I was pregnant at week 6. Therefore, I decided to start taking it 3 months before getting pregnant. It's my first time trying this Enfamom brand, and I expect it's good. As far as I read the supplement facts, it isn't bad at all. I care about the iron part a lot because I was iron deficiency Anemia in my last pregnancy. Also, it contains active folate, which is important for babies' nervous system development, so I don't have to buy it separately. Only one pill a day, and it gives you all the nutrients you need for yourself and your baby. I am also very pleased that the pills are in softgel form because I have a hard time swallowing large pills. Soft gels are a lot easier to swallow, so I am more willing to take it everyday
