Helps with gut issues. I have a compromised immune system, so I end up on long courses of antibiotics and/or steroids during flare-ups. When I don’t take probiotics consistently while on treatment, I often experience IBS-D symptoms, making it painful to eat my favourite foods and resulting in diarrhoea. I’ve tried various probiotics, but these are my preferred choice. They don’t require refrigeration, and the pills are tiny and easy to swallow. After two weeks back on them, I can enjoy more than just crackers and water again!

This probiotic works! I have Crohn's disease and have tried two previous probiotics without success. I was thrilled to come across these pearls after reading many positive reviews. They began to work within 4-5 days. While they don’t cure Crohn's, they help. I now go to the toilet once daily and can better tolerate high-fibre foods and dairy. The only remaining issue is greasy food. Reflecting on past diarrhoea, cramps, and gas, I’m grateful for these pearls and their side effect of enhanced energy and reduced anxiety.
