Initially sceptical of supplements, this one surprised me. After suffering from digestive issues since childhood, I developed Ulcerated Colitis/IBS, a crippling condition. I relied on laxatives and Imodium, but their effects were only temporary. An article I read suggested probiotics, particularly B. Infantis 35624, which showed promise in clinical trials for colon-related conditions. I tried Align with hope and was amazed—the bloating vanished, and by the end of the first week, my diarrhoea and constipation disappeared. I can eat normally without the fear of an IBS "attack". This has indeed given me my life back.

This product has put my ulcerative colitis under control, while also keeping my immune system functioning optimally. I’ve taken one daily for six years without experiencing another bout of colitis. Previously, I struggled incessantly with it. My holistic doctor recommended this, especially after chemical medications, including endless antibiotics, failed. With it, my body finally feels like it's functioning properly.

This is the only probiotic that has worked for my husband, who has colitis and has tried many over the years but saw little benefit. After just a week on this product, he no longer suffers from cramping or urgency when needing to go. My sister recommended Align as it's helped her colitis for two years. While it may be pricier, the results certainly justify the expense.
