The probiotics supplement does what it says it will do. It is easy to use because instructions for daily dosage are included. This probiotic is at a higher than minimum potency. It also has prebiotic to feed the healthly gut bacteria. My digestion is nothing spectacular...which is exactly what I want...no gut drama. It was to be helping my IBS also. I started this probiotic supplement and I stay regular and feel good. I definitely noticed a change for the better in my digestion. It is easy to swallow, dont taste bad, no stomach upset and seem to be keeping me more regular. So far so good! Will likely buy this probiotic again

Prevented Yeast Imbalance & Cleared My Skin

I recently finished a course of macrobid and always have to take a diflucan pill when finishing antibiotics, due to the yeast imbalance antibiotics usually cause me. I was already taking Demeisy probiotics once per day for a month before starting the macrobid. While on m'bid, I amped up the dose of probiotics and took three of these per day for maximum effect. Surprisingly, I experienced no yeast imbalance and didn't even need the diflucan. Weirdly enough, I think these probiotics have also cleared up my skin. Don't ask me how, but they made it brighter with less hyperpigmentation (from hormonal acne) - which has been a surprising but pleasant side effect. Hey, I'm not complaining! Maybe the "good bugs" help the skin cell turnover rate, or feed on dead skin, or something sciency like that. Either way, my skin has been looking flawless lately and the only thing I've done different with my routine is taking this once per day
