It feels great and promotes intestinal health. I bought this probiotic for my husband based on a recommendation. After a few days of use, he stopped complaining about intestinal problems, heartburn disappeared, and he no longer suffers from constipation. Gradual improvement
Nice probiotic. For several years, I struggled with heartburn and couldn't go more than 24 hours without medication. After a couple of weeks of taking these probiotics, I can now manage a day and a half without issues, and after about a month, I'm able to go three full days without experiencing heartburn. I'm optimistic about working off the medication completely!
