Terrible cramps and diarrhea! I've had IBS-C for years and took three tabs before bed hoping for relief. Instead, I woke up with excruciating abdominal pain and had several bouts of massive diarrhea that only eased the pain. Though it may help others, I won't be using this again after that experience.

Like a colonoscopy prep!!! I took them at 11pm and woke cramping badly at 5am. The cramps persisted all day! The strength was overwhelming. I ended up with non-stop bathroom visits and nearly felt sick. It's now two to three days later, and I’m still cramping and suffering from diarrhoea. Never again.

Made me sick. This product caused my stomach to cramp severely, leaving me unable to move. I vomited several times this evening and experienced horrible diarrhea. I have purchased this product for many years without issue. Best to avoid it.

Be careful with these. I took two tablets before bed and ended up with an upset stomach and bad constipation. I woke several times with horrible cramps and diarrhea. Four days later, my stomach still hurts. While I might have food poisoning from eating out, I find it strange that I continue suffering afterwards. Use caution if you have a sensitive GI tract like I do.

It works wonders! I've tried every over-the-counter product, and this is the only one that hasn’t caused extreme bloating or pain. No diarrhea either. The results were almost overnight, providing controlled movements. Highly recommended!
