I highly recommend this as I have struggled with allergies to pollen, dairy, and more. Allergy medications were simply a lesser evil and seldom effective. Since taking pure clay, I've enjoyed the longest period without allergies that I can recall. Recently, I helped someone with twenty cats, which typically leaves me incapacitated for a week. Surprisingly, I experienced only mild symptoms the next day that vanished by afternoon. I feel revitalised when taking the clay; it truly has transformed my life.

This is a great product, although dissolving it quickly can be challenging—typical of clay. I began to feel better after a week, noticing improvements in my gut health and experiencing fewer allergies along with clearer complexion. I now maintain my progress with liquid supplementation.
