Reduced cold duration
I'm updating my previous review: Mixed with apple juice, I can't taste the flavour! Although I don't feel an energy boost, I believe this has certainly helped colds go away faster! I noticed my cold improved days faster when I tried this while unwell. I highly recommend this product! In my initial review, I expressed dislike for the taste, and I found it ruins the flavour of other beverages.

I am very pleased with my order from this company. I always keep this supplement handy for its numerous benefits. The price is very reasonable, and the quantity ample. Milder cold symptoms
I received this product in December 2014 and have been using it since. Upon receiving my second bottle on January 10, I caught a cold while everyone around me was ill, but my symptoms were milder compared to theirs. After a month of use, my eyesight improved, and I feel less fatigued by the end of the day. Expectations were low, but so far I feel great. The flavour does take some getting used to, but I plan to keep taking it regularly.
