Spirulina improves infant respiratory health
We explored the effects of spirulina supplementation on the health of Zambian infants. In a randomized trial, 501 infants were given either soya-maize porridge alone or the same porridge with spirulina for a year.

While physical growth was similar in both groups, those who received spirulina experienced a notable decrease in coughing and showed improved motor milestones, such as walking independently.

This suggests that spirulina can play a role in reducing respiratory issues and enhancing motor development in infants, making it a promising addition to complementary feeding.

I use spirulina for immune support and find it excellent, especially mixed with tomato juice, where the taste is hardly noticeable. I recommend it to get through the cold season without colds.

I chose Hawaiian spirulina for its quality. Its unique taste is mild, making it easy to drink. It really helps if taken at the onset of a common cold, so it's now a staple medicine at home!

I mistakenly took a teaspoon of the powder dry and was sick, but it’s effective when mixed with freshly squeezed orange juice. I noticed a surge of energy after a week and it helped my prolonged common cold quickly. I might order tablets in the future!

High-quality product
Excellent product, tested for contaminants that often affect spirulina. Hawaiian spirulina is the cleanest available. I give it to my cat for upper respiratory infections and take it myself for common cold flare-ups.
