I didn't continue with it, but I felt it affecting my heart and had to drink plenty of water, as it tasted unpleasant. However, it's beneficial; I wish I had persisted with it. Mixing it with something to enhance the flavour, like lemon juice, helped a lot. The advantages for heart disease are significant.
