Hawaiian spirulina is the best food in the world! I struggle with my bowel movements and often experience constipation, but this took care of it immediately upon my first try! Within minutes, I felt a difference! It gives me an enormous amount of energy; although I'm a huge chocolate and coffee fan, my cravings have diminished, and I feel energised all day without hunger. You could live off this! It also improved my skin significantly. Combined with Yaeyama chlorella, it’s the best thing for my body. I feel cleaner from the inside, yet I did experience some side effects initially, which disappeared after a few days. Please try this; you won’t regret it! Thank you, iHerb!

My intestinal environment has improved better than with lactic acid supplements! I remembered drinking spirulina as a child when my health was great, so I decided to try it again. It has a nostalgic taste! Although I've felt better with iHerb's lactic acid bacteria supplements, spirulina has been more effective for my constipation. After starting it, I experienced some detox symptoms for about three days, but they soon calmed down. A couple of weeks later, my bowel movements became smoother, and I felt refreshed. I also noticed less fatigue, and my husband, who shares this journey, feels much better too.
