Two Big Problems

I'm sure this has all the listed minerals. But there are two concerns with the tablet itself. The edges of the tablet are sharp instead of rounded. 90 degree angles make a pill harder to swallow. The other problem is that the pills are uncoated and chalky. Skipping the coating on a tablet makes the tablet stick in the throat sometimes. That's no fun. You can see the chalky nature on the edge of the tablet. It's starting to crumble and pit on the edge facing the camera. Again, a pill coating would prevent this breakdown. These minerals are digested in your intestines, so the coating would not block absorption

They need to post a warning that this much calcium has been shown to cause heart problems in men. Granted I should have researched before buying but now I can't return it

Love it.

Ever since I started taking this product together with my vitamin D 5,000 IU, I do not suffer from cramps on my legs at night. Love it

Formula has changed Buyer Beware

The actual product that I received has LESS Calcium AND Magnesium than what was shown in the above images under the Amount Per Serving. I am disappointed. I was specifically looking for a product that actually had 100% RDA of Calcium and Magnesium and this product now has noticeably less of each than what the label image above shows. I did Notify Amazon to investigate and correct this when possible. I would Not have purchased it if I had the correct information on the percentages per serving. It's not bad, just not what I personally wanted

Label doesn't match the product

I was very disappointed to find that the calcium in this product is not 100%. I very carefully searched all the calcium tablets to make certain I found one that would meet those requirements. The label on the item shows that there is 100% calcium for the three tablets. My item does not meet those requirements

These are a Prime Need in my home

Since first purchasing these last year for the first time, the increased Zinc and Calcium have kept me from having a common cold and eased my back pain tremendously since my disk surgery in 2019. LOVE them...AND after researching Zinc and Calcium I'm pretty sure it was this supplement that helped. Nothing else in my regimen changed other than not needing as much Dayquil and pain pills

Pretty blue bottle

Hard to find a Cal-Mag-Zinc formula in the stores that doesn't have added Vitamin D (which I already take separately in oil-based capsules). So I usually order online. These are no harder to swallow than the usual big, dry tablets. And I like the pretty blue bottle - it stands out among all the other bottles in my "vitamin box.

Be Aware a Daily Dose is 5 Tablets and They are Huge.

Please be aware that the label said the daily dose is 5 tablets. These tablets are huge there was no way I was taking 5, so I was disappointed and found another product that gives you a full daily supply in one gelcap
