My aches and pains have diminished. I take one capsule twice a day (breakfast and dinner) for about three months, and my discomfort has nearly vanished. Even my migraines have lessened, and my feet feel less achy throughout the day. I have much more energy due to the reduction in pain. I highly recommend these for anyone dealing with age-related aches and pains linked to chronic arthritis or systemic inflammation.

Great quality brand, excellent anti-inflammatory. My doctor suggested tart cherry as a natural anti-inflammatory, which helps alleviate my arthritis pain. I'm very satisfied with this brand compared to others I've tried.

Gout pain relief

Gobble gobble. I know tart cherry helps eliminate uric acid, which prompted me to buy these. After indulging in the wrong foods recently (perhaps a sausage or hot dog), my left toe hurt excruciatingly, making walking difficult. I consumed about ten of these, and by the next day, my arthritis pain (gout) was gone. This works well for me.

Relieving pain in hands. After spending long hours at my computer and baking more than usual, I experienced significant stiffness and pain in my right hand. This product seems to alleviate my arthritis pain effectively in both hands. Interestingly, it was recommended by my physician.
