Ginger is great; my tummy is smaller. Taking ginger in the morning and at three keeps my stomach upset at bay, resulting in significantly less gas and bloating. Additionally, I feel warmer when taking it, and I find myself eating less—a pleasant side effect. Ginger has polyphenols as well, so that's a bonus. I hope this helps—good luck!

I used to buy fresh ginger, peel it and juice it. It was a lot of work but worth it. Now, I tried these pills instead, and they get the job done. Heartburn, gas, and bloating are all well-controlled with these ginger supplements.
