Read More...I have been taking magnesium citrate for over a year. Unfortunately my neighborhood walmart ( where I usually purchase it) was out of stock. I decided to buy some from Puritans Pride . I take magnesium citrate to help with sleep ,some restless leg symptoms and it also helps avoid constipation caused by some medications I take. After taking the Puritans Pride brand for approx. 3 weeks I thought that maybe the supplement wasn't working for me anymore, but after it was back in stock at walmart and I took their brand , I was happy to get the results I was used to. I would not recommend this brand of magnesium citrate
